good morning, life is good.
I started my music career in Aleppo at 15 as a bassist with a couple of friends doing covers and small gigs. I then switched to performing electronic music in 2014, and also ended up producing a few tracks alone and with friends.
I got more serious about photography in 2020 after playing around with cameras for several years and learning about photography through experience, the most notable of which was when war photographer Jake Simkin gave me his Leica in 2015.
My first ever video work was making amateur stop-motion films using the family’s camcoder when I was 10 years old. This passion only kept growing, ultimately leading to matching my photography and music work in short-form video work.
